  • Build your fleet manager team through providing continuous feedback and guidance on their performance in our key metrics: driver turnover, accidents per million-mile, driver time off, on-time service, truck availability, fuel performance, and overall knowledge of the trucking industry.
  • Keep your team engaged and motivated by conducting weekly meetings to discuss general updates & changes throughout the ECM Network, Werner as an organization, and transportation industry.
  • Keep your associates engaged and motivated by conducting routine bi-weekly touch point meetings to discuss overall performance and provide structured feedback and guidance so your associates will be successful.
