Job Description
Active Explorers Hokitika is seeking a passionate Team Leader to work 40 hours per week across 5 days, supporting the daily centre operations and guiding a team of educators. The role focuses on mentoring staff, building a strong culture, and delivering inspiring, play-based learning for tamariki.
You will work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure high-quality teaching practices, warm relationships with families, and consistent programme planning.
