Job Description
• Design mechanical components (e.g. housing, cooling, lubrication design) and Gearbox / eAxle overall according to
technical requirements
o Create 3D models and 2D drawings of eAxle components (e.g., gearbox, axle, axle assy., housing) using software
Creo.
o Optimize designs for weight, cost, manufacturability, and efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation (BOMs, DFMEAs, design reports).
• Present design reviews to stakeholders and support root cause analysis for issues.
• Technical analyze the potential failure and concerns for the designed components of Gearbox / eAxle system
Qualifications
• Science or Engineering Master Degree
• 3...5+ years in automotive or EV powertrain design, preferably in eAxle or e-drive systems.
• Good logic and presentation ability
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
