Job Description
Role Overview
As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced educators to support the development and well‑being of children under the age of 5, including pupils with special educational needs, on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. You will assist in planning and implementing engaging activities, play opportunities and experiences, observing and documenting children's progress, and creating a nurturing environment conducive to learning and exploration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of age‑appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- To create a welcoming and inclusive environment, foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and liaise with appropriate external agencies.
