Contract: Full-time or part-time (term time only)

Salary: £540 – 580 per week

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join a welcoming First School, helping pupils develop essential early literacy and numeracy skills.

About the Role

As an Early Years Assistant you’ll play a vital role in supporting children, who need extra help to develop their phonics knowledge and reading fluency and physical literacy.

You will:

Deliver targeted catch up sessions.

Support groups of children in continuous provision, observing them accessing each activity
