Ensure Student Learning & Development

  • Evaluate and assess student needs to develop appropriate individualised learning objectives and outcomes, and for adopting and adapting instructional strategies and accommodations
  • Design and create effective instructional plans, learning materials, and learning environments
  • Facilitate the development of students with engaging, differentiated, evidence-based practices, independently and in team teaching
  • Pro-actively facilitate and manage the students and learning environment to enhance motivation and behaviour, and opportunities for learning
  • Provide physically, emotionally and socially-safe relationships and environments for enhancing care and facilitating of learning for the students
