ComPsych is looking for highly skilled licensed behavioral health clinicians to support its Employee Assistance Program. This role offers a platform to deliver short-term counseling services aligned with ComPsych's clinical standards. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience helping individuals with workplace stress, anxiety, and other behavioral health needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver short-term EAP counseling primarily through in-person sessions • Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations for clients • Support clients facing workplace stress, anxiety, and more • Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards • Ensure continuity of care through coordination with ComPsych’s processes
