Provide short‑term counselling to individuals through the Employee Assistance Program when they need support most. Adapt interventions to fit your personal style and address a diverse client base with varied issues. Efficiently manage administrative tasks using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note‑taking. Participate in team meetings and peer groups, engaging in open discussions and shared learning. Qualifications
Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field. Be a registered member in good standing with the OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPSQ or OPPQ. Have at least five years of clinical experience.
