Role Description

The E-Learning Learning Management System Creative Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Penrose, Auckland.

This position is responsible for designing and developing engaging e-learning content that supports safety, traffic management, and civil works training programs. Day-to-day tasks include creating interactive course materials, configuring and maintaining the learning management system (LMS), and ensuring content is user-friendly and aligned with NZQA standards.

The role also involves collaborating with subject matter experts, testing and refining learning modules based on feedback, and monitoring course performance and learner engagement.
