Be part of the Enverus team in Calgary as an E-Invoicing Support Analyst. This full-time position focuses on supporting critical e-invoicing platforms and driving process improvements.Reporting directly to the Manager of Finance Systems and Data, your role includes supporting the Phase II rollout of OpenContract Pricebook, managing system training for staff, and ensuring ongoing platform effectiveness. You'll be key in identifying improvements and collaborating with ITS to enhance workflow efficiency in an evolving setting.Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary support for e-invoicing systems
• Aid Phase II rollout of OpenContract Pricebook
• Conduct training sessions for field and office staff
• Implement process improvements and system upgrades
• Oversee updates and communication for releasesRequirements:
• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years’ experience with Enverus systems
