E-Invoicing Support Analyst
The E-Invoicing Support Analyst is a full-time, Calgary-based role reporting to the Manager of Finance Systems and Data, serving as the main point of contact for support related to the organization’s e-invoicing platforms, including OpenInvoice, OpenTicket, and OpenContract Pricebook. The position involves supporting the Phase II rollout of OpenContract Pricebook by preparing new pricebooks from approved bids, training business teams, and transitioning ongoing maintenance to them.
Your Success Will Be Defined By
- Act as the main support contact for e-invoicing platforms.
- Support Phase II rollout of OpenContract Pricebook.
- Conduct regular sessions with field and office staff to provide training and resolve issues.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements.
