This is a remote position. Design Hire is seeking a E&IC Engineer to support control system modernization work within complex, highly regulated facilities. This role is a strong fit for someone with hands-on controls design experience who understands how field devices, networked control components, and system architecture connect into a complete engineering package. Key Responsibilities Design replacement control system solutions for aging, obsolete, or failing equipment and components. Develop engineering packages that support contractor installation, system integration, and commissioning. Integrate new devices and control designs into existing distributed control system environments. Document network-related details such as device configuration, communication requirements, and system interface points.
