Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- 3โ5+ years of e-commerce operations experience in Malaysia, with a minimum of 3 years of handsโon TikTok Shop experience.
- Deep expertise in TikTok Shop backend, platform rules, algorithm logic, and ecosystem mechanics.
- Proven ownership of at least two TikTok core modules with demonstrated, measurable GMV results and growth trajectory.
- Experience independently managing or coโleading a TikTok brand account, including strategy planning and performance ownership.
- Strong data analytics capability โ comfortable translating GMV, CTR, CVR, and ROI data into actionable strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with dashboards or BI tools is an advantage.
