Job Description

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for omnichannel processes
Map, review and optimize end-to-end operational flows
Monitor store network sales performance together with the team
Propose and implement automations and process improvements based on data
Work on strategic projects (OMS, VTEX, new logistics models)
Analyze KPIs and SLAs with a critical perspective and provide recommendations
Support management in technical and structural decisions
Organize training for the store network
Conduct visits to stores in the network
Collaborate with Customer Service (SAC) and Back Office teams to deliver the best consumer experience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Advanced/Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Linx ERP
Knowledge of Power BI
Knowledge of VTEX IO and VTEX Faststore
SAP experience (a plus)
