Job Description
Role Overview
Support ongoing improvement of the Choithrams Retail E-commerce App for UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar, focusing on UI/UX enhancements, navigation, search, product pages, and checkout flow.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate requirements and testing with IT developers.
- Work with the marketing team to execute e‑commerce specific campaigns and promotions.
- Use data and dashboards to identify customer behavior trends and propose improvements.
- Support customer‑centric initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with basic weekly reporting on sales, conversion, retention, and top categories.
- Support ongoing improvement of the Choithrams Retail and B2B E-commerce Apps in collaboration with internal teams (IT, marketing, finance, operations).
