E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Job Requirements

Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related field

Tech-savvy and knowledgeable in social media platforms

With at least 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred but not required)

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and can work under minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the companys social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Handle e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory
• Process and prepare online orders ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages across platforms in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and track daily sales, returns, and issues
