Addiction Pet Foods is seeking a commercially driven and data-focused E-commerce & Performance Marketing Head to lead our online growth across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and performance marketing channels.

This role will own e-commerce sales growth, paid media performance, marketplace optimization, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and digital campaign execution while protecting our premium brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead e-commerce growth strategy across marketplaces and D2C channels.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns and media budget efficiency.
• Drive ROAS, CAC, conversion, retention, and online sales growth.
• Optimize marketplace stores, product listings, campaigns, and promotions.
