Job Description

• Manage the daily operations of Shopee Mall and TikTok Shop Mall, & Other Platform ensuring smooth and efficient store performance.
• Operate and manage all backend functions of both platforms, including product management, campaign setup, and store maintenance.
• Register and manage participation in platform campaigns, with a thorough understanding of campaign requirements, processes, and timelines.
• Ensure full compliance with Shopee and TikTok Shop policies by monitoring platform updates and implementing necessary operational adjustments.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including product titles and detail pages, based on Indonesian customer behavior and search trends to maximize visibility and conversion.
