Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and scale our online sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and growth of BUZUD's independent brand website as well as our official stores on major marketplaces, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You will play a crucial role in driving online revenue, optimizing customer journey, and expanding our digital market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of BUZUD's independent e-commerce website and market place stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute e-commerce campaigns, mega-sales (e.g., 11.11, payday sales), and platform-specific promotional events to drive traffic and conversion.
