Job Description
Responsibilities: Process Shopify orders Coordinate packing and shipping Generate shipping labels Track shipments and resolve courier issues Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone customer queries Process returns, exchanges, and refunds Maintain order and inventory records Prepare daily sales and dispatch reports Reconcile COD payments and payment gateway settlements Maintain basic accounts and expense records Coordinate with your accountant/CA by sharing invoices and reports Collect customer reviews and follow up after delivery
