Responsibilities

• Develop e‑commerce sales strategy and product propositions, including seasonal promotions.
• Update and maintain product listings, design marketing campaigns, and manage e‑commerce operations.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end project management with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and campaigns.
• Analyze market competition, conduct SWOT on key products to align proposition differentiation.
• Fully understand local market trends, user behaviour and campaign data, continuously optimising campaign performance and enhancing sales/operations strategy.
• Utilise online and offline resources to increase brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets, generating new users.
• Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestions to sales leaders regarding branding and operations when required.
