Key Responsibilities Marketplace Operations Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, and other online marketplaces. Monitor seller dashboards and ensure smooth order processing. Coordinate with marketplace account managers for issue resolution and business growth. Maintain marketplace performance metrics and account health. Order Management Monitor daily order flow across all online channels. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely order fulfillment. Track pending, cancelled, returned and replacement orders. Ensure adherence to order dispatch SLAs. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory across all sales channels. Coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stock-outs and overselling. Update inventory levels in ERP and marketplace portals. Monitor ageing stock and recommend liquidation plans.
