As we continue to expand across Singapore and overseas markets, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive to support our growing supply chain and customer delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, customer deliveries, and installation scheduling.
Liaise with 3PL warehouses, delivery partners, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Oversee warehouse activities such as receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment, packing, labeling, and returns handling.
Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues or customer complaints, and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
Prepare and verify shipping, delivery, and import/export documentation.
