Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with brands and marketplace partners to grow each brand's online presence and achieve business objectives.
- Own key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account management.
- Lead annual business planning and commercial negotiations with e-commerce partners.
- Develop account growth strategies, KPIs, and performance goals for each brand and marketplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Performance Marketing, Livestream, Customer Service, and Operations) to execute effective Go-to-Market strategies.
