Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms , including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, SiteGiant, WooCommerce, and Shopify .
Upload and update product listings , including product descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor and manage online orders , including order processing, packing coordination, shipping arrangements, and returns.
Coordinate with the warehouse and packing team to ensure timely order fulfilment and accurate deliveries.
Manage and optimise affiliate programs and support collaboration with influencers and affiliates.
Monitor store performance, including sales performance, product rankings, and customer feedback .
Handle customer inquiries and messages across e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
