Job Description
The Ecommerce Execution Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of New Era Mexico’s Ecommerce channel, ensuring accurate management of the product catalog, digital content, website, and mobile application.
This role supports the execution of product launches, commercial campaigns, and digital merchandising activities, helping to deliver a seamless customer shopping experience and contributing to online sales growth through accurate content implementation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Metrics:
- Product Upload Accuracy: Percentage of products published correctly, ensuring all product information, images, pricing, attributes, and content are complete and error-free. - Site & App Accuracy: Accuracy and functionality of website and mobile app updates, ensuring published information is correct and aligned with commercial priorities. - Launch Execution: Timely and accurate publication of products, collections, and commercial campaigns....
