Job Description

E-Commerce Customer Manager DTC Japan 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage overall Japan’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) business to deliver Key Financial targets: sell in, sell out, offtake, P&I , market share, inventory

  • Develop operation plans with data driven approach tailed for new consumer acquisition & loyal customer retention with 4P strategy, product, pricing, promotion with optimal ROI 

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) responsibility including customer management/complain ensure customer 1st centric approach with Bayer compliance

  • Demand forecast, sales promotion and digital contents development, execution and review

  • Facilitation of all digital sales cross channels(i.e. digital distributors and digital shops) to ensure consistency and delivery

  • Build try & learn DTC expansion model beyond Japan
