Job Description
Join Dyson as an Operations Manager for the eCommerce site in Toronto. Manage dysoncanada.ca’s daily operations, boosting performance and customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives.
This role requires at least four years of eCommerce experience, with a focus on operational oversight in direct-to-consumer settings. You'll play a key part in enhancing the customer experience and will be the main point of contact for cross-departmental collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure optimal functionality and health of dysoncanada.ca
• Identify opportunities for UX improvements proactively
• Lead troubleshooting and QA for system issues
• Support user validation testing and implementation
• Manage stakeholder communications regarding site updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area
• Four years of eCommerce experience necessary
• Minimum two years in operations management
• Proficiency in major analytics tools required
