Roles & responsibilities
•Support incident management for the support team, ensuring robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
•Ability to support and resolve incidents effectively for the support team
•This role is joint Application Management Service (support) team and project implementation
•Adhere to project timelines, ensuring no deadlines are missed, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
•Create technical design documents (TDD) with high quality and set standards.
•Basic Understanding on system upgrades, Life Cycle Services (LCS), code deployment, code merging and system optimizations.
•Ensure high-quality documentation is created and managed according to project standards.
•Adhere to SDLC and Agile methodologies while preparing Technical Design Documents.
•Proactive and continuous learning on the latest Microsoft release
