Dynamics 365 CE Senior Technical Consultant - Support & Customer Enhancement Projects
Role
- Provide technical expertise and support for enterprise Dynamics 365 CE environments.
- Work closely with customers to investigate issues, implement enhancements, and optimise platform performance.
- Collaborate with solution architects, consultants, and delivery teams on new initiatives and project-based work.
- Contribute to ongoing platform roadmaps, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and process improvement.
- Support integration solutions across Dynamics 365, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Participate in upgrade, enhancement, and transformation initiatives, giving you exposure to both support and delivery-focused work.
