• Collaborate with Head Chef on kitchen operations
• Lead training for cooks and prep staff
• Maintain standards for quality and cleanliness
• Manage service and kitchen workflow effectively
• Assist with food ordering and controlling costs
Requirements:
• Background as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
• Strong leadership and training experience
• Excellent communication abilities
• Organized and pressure-resilient
