Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Maintain availability of PLC M/cs , Electronic equipment's in the Plant. Co-ordinate with OEM of M/c Tools and PLC system Suppliers for necessary support. Identify and conceptualise improvement projects in the areas of manufacturing facilities , maintenance support , cost reduction. Implement the manufacturing cost reduction activities through in-house Electronics Repairs. Support TPM Activities related to Relay circuits , PLC and Electronic M/cs and Equipment's. Strengthening the quality by supporting and improving No Fault Forward (NFF). Digitalization Implementation for improving the machine standards to meet Industry 4.0. Strengthening Pick-to-Light, MTTWU Concepts.
