Area of Responsibility
Lead and perform dimensional variation analysis using 3DCS (v7.8) tools.Develop and implement strategies to control and reduce dimensional variation in products and processes.Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to identify potential sources of variation and recommend corrective actions.Create and maintain detailed documentation of analysis results, methodologies, and corrective actions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.Conduct root cause analysis for dimensional variation issues and implement effective solutions.Support the development and validation of measurement systems and inspection processes.Participate in design reviews and provide input on dimensional tolerances and specifications.Stay up...
