During this hands-on internship, you will gain experience in both Duty Management and Front Office operations, giving you a full overview of hotel operations.
As an intern, you will:
Be the first point of contact for guests, staff, and management
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs in a professional and welcoming manner
Support Guest Relations tasks, ensuring an excellent guest experience
Assist in handling complaints, turning challenges into positive outcomes
Act as a key link between departments, ensuring smooth communication
Stay informed about daily operations and ensure guests’ expectations are exceeded
Provide recommendations about Amsterdam and promote the ALL loyalty program
