Minimum Experience and Qualification Required: Post matric hotel school qualification 3 years experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment Computer literacy including working Opera Cloud Knowledge Previous leadership role advantageous Excellent communication skills with a high level of English proficiency Ability to plan and implement strategic initiatives Ability to train and develop a team Be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic Be a team player, with a positive attitude Able to work shifts as well as under pressure Own transport preferable
