We are currently looking for Dutch and English Speaker Customer Advisors!

Your mission:

  • With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of Handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.

  • Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a high-quality service is provided.

  • Providing product and tool support to improve customers’ experience.

  • Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating.

  • Native or fluent Dutch- eliminatory;
