Job Description
Crescendo is seeking a Technical Support Specialist III in Cape Town for remote, 6-month contract with potential extension. You will deliver senior-level technical assistance for enterprise hardware/software, manage complex configurations, and provide advanced troubleshooting across multi-channel support including calls, emails, chats, and social media.
