Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of residential programs
• Implement individual support plans tailored to each resident
• Coach and manage support workers for effective service
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and families
Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Services or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in care settings
• Leadership experience an asset
