Job Description
Responsibilities
- Safely operate large capacity dump trucks to transport earth, rock and other bulk materials across construction sites and quarries.
- Perform pre‑operation checks to ensure the dumper is in safe working order including brakes, tires, lights and fluid levels.
- Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently, coordinating with site supervisors and loaders to prevent over/underfilling.
- Navigate challenging terrain, inclines and confined spaces while maintaining vehicle stability and control.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) appropriate for heavy vehicle operation.
- Have a minimum of 2‑3 years of proven experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy earthmoving equipment.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of heavy machinery mechanics and the ability to perform basic maintenance.
