**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As a Program Manager, you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs. Every day you will manage program risks, resources, and budgets, align with organizational goals, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business value. To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving, crucial for successful program completion and objective realization.
SUPERVISORY
+ Oversees staff performance and supervision for Supervisors and DSPs. Ensures employees are able to navigate needed sites to perform their jobs. Completes annual goals, appraisals and survey follow up. Ensures CSH training, staff education and annual trainings are completed. This includes being responsive to the needs and questions of people supported and staff.
