Job Description
- Ability to manage large-scale, global commerce programs and projects across multi-discipline teams, with a focus on the quality of the final end-to-end product while adhering to scope, timing, and budget.
- Working knowledge of leading commerce platforms such as Adobe/Magento Commerce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, as well as the technology ecosystems within which they live in order to be able to draft and review project plans and support day-to-day delivery operations centered around each (knowledge of Content Management systems is a plus).
- Support and reinforce project hygiene such as status and task tracking, documentation, communication protocols, and managing the scope of work, updates, risks, impediments (RAID Logs) and changes across all stakeholders and the team both internally and externally.
