Job Summary
XAD Technologies Pakistan is looking for an experienced and results-driven Deputy Regional Project Manager (DRPM) to oversee telecom operations and field activities within the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team management, customer coordination, project monitoring, reporting, and ensuring compliance with Huawei standards, protocols, SOPs, and ISDP requirements. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills to ensure successful project execution and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage telecom field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to address operational requirements and project-related issues.
- Monitor and control field activities related to MW, Wireless, Power, Survey, 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, and 5G sites.
