**The Role:**
The DRP Field Implementation Manager’s primary responsibility is to oversee all dealer’s DRP Implementations in each region, lead the Dealer Group DRP Implementations while serving as the Channel Field’s SME for the Digital Retail Platform.
**What** **You’ll** **Do:**
+ Serve as the regional lead for dealership group implementations, providing high-touch, white-glove support to ensure a smooth rollout experience.
+ _White-glove support is defined as tailored, concierge-style support with direct involvement, faster response, and often end-to-end help with complex or high-priority digital retailing engagement_
+ Manage the implementation pipeline and track dealer progress through pre-onboarding, onboarding, and go-live stages, removing barriers that could delay completion.
