Key Responsibilities
Safely deliver, install, and demonstrate White Goods, Televisions, and Cookers in customer's properties.
Engage with customers, keep them informed, and ensure their delivery and installation experience exceeds expectations.
Maintain regular contact with your site throughout the day to adapt to changes and handle unplanned issues calmly and effectively.
Use hand held devices accurately (Savvy) to complete visits and obtain customer signatures.
Liaise with manufacturers if needed at the point of delivery.
