Full-time Drivers & Transportation Personnel

We're seeking an experienced Driver Trainer to teach and assess driving skills to new drivers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy vehicle operation and logistics procedures. This role requires strong organizational and communications skill, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train drivers on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Conduct on-the-job training and assessments for new drivers
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve driver performance and compliance
• Develop and deliver training programs to meet industry standards
• Monitor driver performance and provide recommendations for improvement

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 11+ (Minimum Requirement)
• Code 14 valid driver's license essential
