Job Description
Be responsible to support daily operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties;
- Work with warehouse manager or management appointed staff on daily operation requirement and ensure items are well prepared before logistic arrangement;
- To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timelines and maintain stock accuracy;
- Plan and coordinate with Ops team to ensure timely delivery;
- Receive and check items and goods upon arrival in accordance to Company SOP
- Load stock order on trays/pallets into Van/ Truck
- Monthly stock balance checking and monitoring
- To report any issues pertaining to safety, quality or hygiene to superior immediately upon discovery
- Suggest improvements to eliminate hazards, feedback on inadequacy of operational control, risk assessment and safe work procedure
