Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage potential driver-partners through various online and offline channels.
- Build rapport with leads and guide them through the end-to-end onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly activity and conversion targets by maintaining consistent outreach efforts.
- Conduct field activations or community engagement activities when needed to boost lead generation.
- Track and maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and successful conversions.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
