About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution‑oriented individual to support Driver Access for Uber's Mobility business in Argentina. Driver Access is the vertical responsible for making the driver onboarding and activation funnel as simple, efficient, and compliant as possible. This includes managing operational configurations, improving funnel conversion, reducing friction for earners, and ensuring that local regulatory requirements are correctly reflected in the driver experience. You will work closely with Local Operations, Central Operations, Product, Support, and Compliance teams to monitor funnel performance, identify pain points, and execute improvements that help more drivers access the platform in a smooth and reliable way. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, data‑driven, hands‑on, and motivated by improving operational processes at scale.
