About the Position:
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee operations in marine dredging and land reclamation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and environmental care.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly update senior management with reports on key performance indicators, including progress, challenges, equipment status, and outcomes.
Develop and implement plans for resource allocation and forecast usage of consumables.
Collaborate with the project control team to establish a data stream for project monitoring, creating dashboards to highlight areas of concern or interest.
Ensure seamless operation of processes critical to departmental success.
