Job Description
HEB Construction is a dynamic and innovative leader in the construction of New Zealand's Infrastructure. We are involved with a variety of projects from road construction and maintenance through to earthworks, drainage, marine works, and major projects of national significance.
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Draughtsperson to join our Structures team, with the flexibility to be based in Tauranga, Auckland or Christchurch. You'll play a key role in developing accurate technical drawings, models, and documentation, working closely with engineers, project teams, and clients to deliver high‑quality structural solutions.
About You
- A qualification in AutoCAD, CAD Drafting, or equivalent
- 4+ years of professional draughting experience
- A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (desirable)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and MS Office
